When a patient is using Luscii and passes away, the Luscii account will need to be closed.
Relatives
If you are a relative of a deceased individual who was utilising Luscii, please get in touch with the outpatient department of the relevant hospital to request the closure of their Luscii account.
Healthcare Professionals
For healthcare professionals, it is feasible to set the Luscii patient account to 'stopped' if the patient has passed away. You can specify the reason for the status change to "The patient died." This functionality is available in the 'Settings' section of Luscii.
