      What is home monitoring?


      Home monitoring       is the transmission of measurements via the Luscii app from the comfort of your own home, so you do not have to go to your healthcare provider. These measurements include blood pressure, heart rate, weight, saturation and or questionnaires. When the hospital requires a measurement, you will find these under the tab 'Today'. If needed, your healthcare provider will discuss the possibility for you to receive a blood pressure monitor, scale and/or pulse oximeter to send in your measurements. If decided, you will quickly receive a package from Luscii or your healthcare provider.
