      What do the values on the blood pressure monitor mean?

      Are you using an Omron blood pressure monitor?

      You will find these values ​​on the screen of the blood pressure monitor:

      SYS:       This is your systolic blood pressure

      DIA: This is your diastolic blood pressure

      PULSE: This is your pulse

      Are you using an iHealth blood pressure monitor?

      SYSTOLIC: This is your systolic blood pressure

      DIASTOLIC: This is your diastolic blood pressure
