When you start the App you will immediately see the screen below when you are logged in. Under the tab 'Today' you will find the actions that the hospital has planned for you today. If you have not entered this before 12:00, an automatic reminder email will be sent.

You can then enter an extra measurement on days outside the fixed days set by the hospital. The measurement can be started by pressing the 'start' button behind the relevant measurement.
