How can i erase a program or protocol?

A program can only be deleted when the following steps have been completed:

1. There is no patient in the program
2. The program is not linked to a group
3. All actions with patient information have been removed
4. All patient information blocks of the program have been removed

A protocol can only be deleted when the following steps have been completed:

1. There is no patient in the protocol
