Not all hospitals provide patients with blood pressure monitors. However, it is okay to use your own blood pressure monitor. This list tells you whether your blood pressure monitor is a clinically validated blood pressure monitor.
In this case, you can link your blood pressure monitor to the Apple Health app (iOS) or the Google Fit app (Android). Luscii can also load your blood pressure through these apps.
If you have a blood pressure monitor that cannot be paired with bluetooth, you can also enter your measurement manually.
