Logged into Luscii with a colleague’s account via HiX or EPIC

If you have accidentally logged into Luscii via the viewer integration with another account, you cannot remove this link yourself. Luscii must remove the connection between the HiX account and Luscii on the backend.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

• Reach out to Luscii Support for assistance.
  Indicate which account you logged in with via the integration.
