Change account status
A patient account can have three statuses: Added, Cancelled, Stopped and Active.
Added: A patient receives the status Added when his/her Luscii account has been created, but the patient has not logged in yet.
Cancelled: A patient may choose not to start with Luscii after all. In that case, it is possible to change the patient’s status from Added to Cancelled.
Active: A patient receives the status Active when the patient has logged in to the Luscii app for the first time. The patient is using Luscii. When the patient no longer uses Luscii, you can change the status to Stopped.
Stopped: The patient can switch between the statuses Stopped and Active. When the patient no longer uses Luscii for a certain reason, the patient can be stopped manually.

This instruction shows you how to change the status of a patient account from Active to Stopped:

Search for the patient in Luscii

Go to the Settings tab

Scroll down and find the Settings section and click the Edit button on the right side

Click on the dropdown menu under Status and change the patient’s status

When you set the status to Stopped, you will need to select a Reason for status change. Then, click Save to store the change

Cancelled account
It is not possible to change an already cancelled account back to Active. A new account must be created. If you use an email address that has already been used, it is still possible to create an account with this email address, but with a different username.
