My iHealth scale reads an error message

Is your scale showing an error message? See below what the message means:

  • The Bluetooth icon keeps flashing

The Bluetooth connection has failed. Make sure your Bluetooth is turned on in the phone settings of the device and that the Luscii app also has permission to use it. Do all the settings seem to be correct? Consult this page for iPhone or iPad and this page for Android phone or tablet.

Make sure the batteries are properly placed in the scale. Does the problem persist? Remove the batteries. Wait 1 minute and put back a set of new batteries.

Your weight is outside the measurement capabilities ​​of the scale (5-180kg).

The weight does not appear to have been measured correctly. Place your feet in the center of the scale and stand still during the measurement.

The bluetooth connection has failed. Try turning the Bluetooth off and on again in the settings of your device. If this doesn't fix it then try rebooting the phone once.
