Will I receive measurement devices through Luscii?

You have been enrolled in a program in the Luscii app. You may receive measurement devices such as a blood pressure monitor, scale, or pulse oximeter.

  1. Agreements with your healthcare provider:

    • You will only receive measurement devices from Luscii if this has been agreed with your healthcare provider.

    • If you are not sure whether you will receive devices, please contact your healthcare provider.

  2. Enrollment by your healthcare provider:

    • Once your healthcare provider has enrolled you to use the Luscii app, Luscii will send the agreed measurement devices to your home address.

  3. Delivery of the devices:

    • The devices are sent by post from Luscii’s distribution center in Culemborg.

    • Make sure you are able to receive the package when the delivery person arrives.
