Unsubscribing or subscribing to emails and notifications

For iOS

Unsubscribe directly via email
You can unsubscribe from the emails directly by opening a Luscii email and tapping “Turn off these emails” at the bottom.

Access notification settings
To adjust your notification settings in the Luscii app, go to Settings in the bottom-right menu. Then select Notifications to open the notification settings.

Adjust notification settings
In the notification settings, you can change the following options:

  • Push notifications:
    If push notifications are enabled, you will receive push notifications on your device. To receive push notifications, you must allow notifications for the Luscii app in your iOS settings. This permission is requested the first time you use the Luscii app.

  • Email for new actions:
    If New Actions Email is enabled, you will receive an email when actions are scheduled for that day.

  • Email for missed actions:
    If Missed Actions Email is enabled, you will receive an email notification when scheduled actions have not been completed.

  • Sound effects:
    With the Sounds setting, you can turn sound effects within the app on or off.

To adjust your notification settings in the Luscii app, tap the grey circle with the person icon in the top-right corner. Then tap Manage profile, followed by Notifications, to open the notification settings.
