On which days does the hospital expect measurements from me?
In the Luscii app, on the Home screen, you can see on which days the hospital expects measurements.
-
Check daily actions
-
Look at the circle at the top of the Home screen. If you have actions planned for that day, it shows the completion percentage.
-
When the circle is fully closed and reaches 100%, all actions for that day have been completed and submitted.
-
Visible actions on the Home page: under the percentage box you will see the actions that are still open for that day.
-
-
Multiple measurements per day
-
It is possible that you need to do several measurements on the same day.
-
This depends on the care pathway agreed with your healthcare provider.
-
-
Submit actions
-
After completing an action (for example a blood pressure measurement), submit it by tapping “Done” in the top-right corner of the screen.
-
A check mark will appear next to the action after it has been completed.
-
-
Check future actions
-
If you see “Nothing planned for today,” you can tap “My measurement schedule” to open your schedule.
-
Under “My measurement schedule,” you can also see when your next measurement is planned.
-
When you open “My measurement schedule,” a new window appears with the weekly plan.
-
-
Check daily actions in the weekly plan
-
View the circles: at the top of the screen you’ll see circles for each day of the week (Monday through Sunday).
-
Look for dots and progress bars:
-
A dot in a circle means actions are planned for that day.
-
A progress bar around the circle shows how many actions have already been completed. When all planned actions are done, the bar is fully closed around the circle.
-
-
-
Use the calendar function
-
Next to the date on the right, you’ll find a calendar icon.
-
Tap it to open a calendar where you can view planned actions for the coming months.
-
-
