How do I take a heart rate measurement?

Follow the steps below to perform a heart rate measurement in the Luscii app:

1. Open the heart rate measurement in the Luscii app from the Home screen or the Self-care screen.

2. Open the action “Heart rate measurement.”

3. Follow the instructions that appear in the app.

4. Place your finger on the camera lens so the round icon on your phone is completely covered and turns dark red.

5. The measurement takes 90 seconds. Make sure you keep the camera lens fully covered and do not press on the lens.

6. After the measurement you will see the result. Tap “Done” to send the measurement.
