How do I change my login method?

In the Luscii app you log in by entering your username (for example, your email address). You will then receive a login code. You can receive this login code in two ways:

• via email

• via SMS

Only one method is active in the app at any time. If you currently receive your login code via SMS but would like to receive it by email in the future, you need to request this from your healthcare provider. Your healthcare provider can change this for you in the system.

If you receive your verification code by email, it is not possible to change this to receiving it via SMS.
