How can I submit measurements?

The Luscii app offers different types of measurements.

You can submit these via the Home screen or the Self-care screen. You can submit a measurement in the following ways:

Measurements via a connected device
Follow the instructions to connect a device. See the article "Pairing and using measurement devices."

Manual measurements
Enter a measurement manually and select “Next.”
Then select “Done” to submit the action.

Heart rate measurement
Follow the instructions in the Luscii app to submit a measurement. See the article "How do I take a heart rate measurement?"
If you experience problems while taking a heart rate measurement, read the article “Problems with the heart rate measurement.”

Note! You can always change your input method by tapping the Settings button after you have started an action.
