Check if Luscii has access to bluetooth

For iOS

Follow the steps below to check if the Luscii app has access to Bluetooth:

1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone.

2. Search for Luscii:

   • Tap the search bar at the top and type “Luscii”,

   • or scroll down until you find the Luscii app.

3. Tap Luscii.

4. Check if the switch next to Bluetooth is green.

5. Make sure the Bluetooth switch is turned on (green) so the Luscii app can work correctly.

 

For Android

Follow the steps below to check whether the Luscii app has access to Bluetooth:

1. Open the Settings app on your Android device.

2. Go to Apps or Applications.

3. Find and select Luscii:

   • You can scroll through the list, or

   • tap the search bar at the top and type “Luscii.”

4. Tap Permissions.

5. Check whether Bluetooth is enabled. If Bluetooth isn’t listed specifically, check whether the app has access to Device connections or Connections.

Make sure Bluetooth is enabled so the Luscii app can function properly.
