What should I do if I forgot to order measurement equipment for a patient

It is not possible to order additional equipment later via the Luscii application.

Follow the steps below to request extra equipment:

1. Contact Luscii Support:

• Send an email to Luscii Support at support@luscii.com with your request for additional equipment.

2. Include the following information in the email:

• For whom: Provide the patient’s name and email address.
• Which equipment: Specify which equipment needs to be sent.
• Patient’s address: Provide the full address where the equipment should be delivered.
