Patient is linked to the wrong patient within HiX

When an incorrect patient is linked to a HiX record via the external activity definition, you cannot fix this yourself.

Follow these steps to resolve the issue:

1. Contact Luscii Support for assistance.

2. Indicate which patients were incorrectly linked via the external activity definition.
