New timeline: protocol assigned and patient activated

Feature release: July 2023

In July 2023, a new start point was added: protocol assigned and patient activated.

This is an update to the previous protocol assigned and patient created moment.

What’s the difference?

• The created schedule starts while the patient has not yet logged into the app.

• The protocol assigned and patient activated moment has more functionalities.

We therefore recommend transferring the old timeline to the new start point. First, check carefully if patients have personalised schedules or if there are one-time actions in the timeline. If this is the case, contact support@luscii.com.

If this is not the case, you can transfer it as follows:

• Create a new timeline at the protocol assigned and patient activated moment.

• Add all actions, as in the old timeline, to this new schedule. When adding an action, choose all patients.

• Delete all actions from the old timeline. When deleting, choose delete for all patients.

• It may take a few minutes for the changes to be processed in the schedule.
