Everyone knows the frustration of being passed from one service to another in healthcare. For patients, especially those with multiple or complex conditions, it can be a nightmare. Healthcare providers also need a more complete view of the patient journey. Regional, cross-sector collaboration has been a priority in healthcare and at the IZA for years, but progress has been slow.
This can now change with the introduction of a new feature: Luscii Care Networks. This ends the silos between GPs, hospitals, and other healthcare providers in the region.
