How do I resend the welcome email?

It may be necessary to resend a welcome email to the patient. This can happen, for example, when the patient was initially registered with a different email address and later changed it. You can resend the welcome email as long as the patient still has the status 'Added'.

Search for the patient in Luscii and look at the top bar. You will see a notification saying 'Resend the welcome email'. Click on this to resend the email.
