What happens to the measurement(s) that you have submitted?

Your healthcare provider has developed your own personal program and actions for you. Your healthcare provider will decide when they want to receive an alert, if your submitted measurements are not good. For any questions about this, please contact your healthcare provider.

If the healthcare provider receives an alert as a result of a measurement that you have submitted, they will contact you either via the app itself by sending a message, video calling you or they will contact you by telephone. Your healthcare provider will inform you beforehand how they will contact you. For any questions about this, please contact your healthcare provider.

If your measurements are good, the hospital will not receive an alert, but they can always view your them. In general, they will not contact you.

If the hospital chooses to use video calling, it is useful to know when your healthcare provider can try to call you. Please discuss this with your healthcare provider. You must remain logged into the Luscii app for the hospital to be able to reach you.
