When you log in with your username or email address, you will receive a message that a code has been sent to your email address. The login code may end up in your inbox, spam or junk mail. It may take a few minutes before you receive it but normally you get it almost immediately.
Each time a log-in code is sent to you it is only valid for 15 minutes.
If you have not received a login code after 5 minutes, it may be that your email address has ended up on our blacklist. Please contact our support team so they can remove your email address from the blacklist. The next time you log in you will receive the login code by email as normal.
