If when you log in you see the message that your account has been stopped (see picture) this means that the account you are trying to log in with is currently out of order. A possible cause for this could be that your healthcare provider has stopped your account. In addition, it may be the case that you are trying to log in to an old account. If you have had a Luscii account before then you should log in with your username and not your email address. You will however receive the one-time activation code on your email address.
