I haven't received an email with a login code

Check that you have written your email address correctly in the app. Close the app, open it again and enter your email address again. While entering your email address, pay close attention to characters such as underscores and periods.

Please note, sometimes it can take up to fifteen minutes for our automated system to send you the email with the login code.

If after fifteen minutes you still haven't received a code then it may be that your healthcare provider has noted your email address incorrectly. Please contact our Support Heroes to set up your email address correctly at support@luscii.com or +31 085 1305 851.
