How can i resend the welcome mail to the patient?

It is possible that you would like to resend the welcome email to the patient. This can occur when you registered the patient with a different e-mail address and afterwards changed it. You are able to resend the welcome email when the patient has the status 'created'.

Search for the patient in Luscii and open their patient page. You can resend the welcome email by pressing the 'send welcome email again' button.

If the account is already active and you do need to resend the welcome mail, please contact Luscii Support.
