If you are going on holiday and you are temporarily unable to send in your measurements, you must report this to your care provider. This way your healthcare provider knows that they are temporarily not receiving measurements and will not disturb you during your holiday to see if something is wrong. You will also no longer receive reminder emails.
Note: only if you have an iPhone or iPad can you report this in the App itself under settings. With an Android phone or tablet, the care provider must set this up for you.
