Explanation of Patient Information
Patient information can be displayed in different ways. It can come from a protocol, but it can also be set up specifically for a patient. This information can be found under the Patient Information tab for the patient.

Using the dropdown filter, you can choose which patient information is displayed. You can select between All Patient Information, Personal Patient Information, and Protocol Patient Information.

Editing patient information at patient level
To edit existing patient information, click on the title of the relevant patient information. The Edit Patient Information screen will open, allowing you to adjust all elements of the patient information. Note that if it concerns protocol patient information, changes made at protocol level will no longer be applied at patient level.

[insert table][insert image] It is also possible to adjust the order of displayed patient information by dragging the desired patient information using the six dots.
Deleting patient information

To delete patient information, click the trash can icon next to the relevant patient information. A confirmation screen will appear. Click Delete to confirm the action.
Adding patient information

To add personal patient information, click the Add Patient Information button, which opens the following screen:

Click Choose to select an appropriate icon for the patient information.

Choose a suitable title.

Select an image under the Media section. You can choose an image from the Luscii library using the Choose button, or upload your own image via Upload File, as long as it meets the stated requirements.

Under Description, enter the text you want to display in the patient information. You can format the text and add a link.

The Visible Patient Information setting allows you to determine whether the created patient information is visible in the patient’s Self-care tab. If set to Not visible in Self-care, the information will only be shown when scheduled.

Using the Programme Switch setting, you can determine whether the patient information is retained or removed when the patient switches programmes. The patient information may be programme-specific or always relevant to the patient, independent of the programme.
