Messages
Only for users with CMD, organisation administrator, or additional Protocol Edit Rights.
Standard Messages
Within Luscii, it is possible to create and edit standard messages. To do this, go to the relevant programme where you want to add a message and click on the Messages tab at the programme level.

Add Message
To add a new message, click the Add Message button on the right, which will open the relevant screen.

To create a message, it is mandatory to fill in both a title and the content of the message before you can save it. After the message is saved, it will be displayed in the list of Standard Messages.
Edit Message
You can edit a message by clicking on its title, which opens the Edit Message screen.
In this screen, you can change both the content and the title of the message. Click Save to confirm the changes.

Delete Message
To delete a standard message, click the trash icon.
You will then be asked if you want to delete the standard message. Click Delete to permanently remove the message.
