Removing a healthcare provider
You can deactivate a healthcare provider account. Go to the relevant healthcare provider in Luscii Vitals and click 'Edit' under 'Personal Details'.
Then change the status to 'Stopped'.

Adding external healthcare providers
In Luscii, a healthcare provider account can exist in multiple organisations. It is important that the same email address is used for accounts in different organisations. External healthcare providers are marked with Ext in the healthcare provider overview.

It is only possible to add a healthcare provider to another organisation if they have a first- or second-line role. When this person is added to the organisation, a pop-up will indicate that the user already has an account. Click Next and continue the standard registration process (Step 3) by selecting the appropriate group the person will have access to.
