Explanation of Actions

Actions at programme level

Adding and editing actions takes place at the programme level. You need additional rights to add and assign actions. You can find the actions under the Actions tab at programme level.

Patient Information

Adding and editing patient information is possible with additional Protocol Edit Rights. Go to the Actions tab at programme level and click the Add Action button on the right. The Add Action screen will open.

To create new patient information, click the Add Patient Information button on the left, which opens the following screen:

• Icon
  Choose an appropriate icon to display for your patient information title.

• Title
  Enter the title that will be visible for the patient information.

• Media
  Media is displayed at the top of the patient information. Click Choose to select an image from the Luscii library. You can also upload your own image or video in .png, .svg, .mp4, or .mov format.

• Description
  Type the content of the patient information here. You can format the text and add a hyperlink if needed.

• Programme Switch
  This setting allows you to determine whether the patient information is retained or removed when a patient switches programmes.

Editing Patient Information
To edit existing patient information, click the pencil icon. You can then adjust all the elements described above.

Deleting Patient Information
You can delete existing patient information by first clicking the pencil icon and then clicking the Delete button at the bottom of the screen.

Actions at protocol level

All actions are visible at the programme level. At protocol level, you can determine which actions should be available for that specific protocol. Go to the Actions tab at protocol level.

• In this tab, use the switch on the right to decide whether the action is visible to the patient in the Self-care tab in the app.

With additional Protocol Edit Rights, you can also set which actions are displayed in the protocol. This can be done via the Edit Actions button, which appears on the right side of the screen. The Edit Protocol Actions screen will open.

In this screen, you can select which measurements, lessons, and patient information you want to make available for the specific protocol.

When you add an action at programme level, don’t forget to make that action available in the desired protocol as well.
