đ Logging in to the Luscii app
đČ I canât log in to the Luscii app
If you canât log in, please check the following:
- Check your email address
Make sure youâre using the same email address your caregiver registered for you in Luscii.
If youâre unsure which address that is, please contact your caregiver.

Check your internet connection
Ensure your phone is connected to Wi-Fi or mobile data.

Check for app updates
Go to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and make sure the Luscii app is up to date.

Still canât log in?
Close the app completely and reopen it. If the issue persists, delete the app and reinstall it from the store.
đ§ I didnât receive a login email or code
If you donât receive the login email:

Check your spam or junk folder.

Make sure your email inbox isnât full.

If the email still doesnât appear after a few minutes, contact your caregiver. They can verify your email address and resend the invitation if necessary.
đ I want to log in on a new phone
You can log in on your new phone using the same email address.

Install the Luscii app from the App Store or Google Play Store.

Tap Log in and follow the same steps as before.

If you no longer have access to your old email address, please contact your caregiver to update it.
đ Iâm stuck on the login screen
If the app freezes or doesnât move past the login screen:

Make sure you have the latest app version.

Restart your phone and try again.

If it still doesnât work, uninstall and reinstall the app.
If the problem continues after that, contact support@luscii.com with details about your phone model and software version.
